ABOUT
Hi! My name is Kristen and I’m a printmaker and oil painter based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where I work as an art teacher. In 2023, I graduated from Williams College with majors in Studio Art and Psychology, and I am currently pursuing a Masters in Studio Practice for Art Educators at Teacher College, Columbia University.
I currently teach 7/8th grade drawing and second-grade art at Shady Hill School, an independent K-8 school. I’m passionate about helping students discover their love for creating art and guiding them as they begin their artistic journeys, while continuing to develop my own practice.

Outside of the studio and classroom, I love playing the ukelele, taking naps, reading books, collecting smiskis, and traveling to new places!
